When relocating to a new town, you may have a lot on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and of course, finding a new place for your family to live. I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. When most buyers go into home search mode - they may come up with 50+ listings to consider. It should go without saying that's too many homes to look at if you're on a short visit from out of town! I can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen properties, with these things in mind:

• Arrive into town with two lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can naturally cross it off the list.
• Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, have your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
• Take into account drive time to work or other interests. Traffic around the DFW Metroplex could be different than what you're accustomed to, so let me know how long a commute you're willing to undertake.
